Please follow the Xfinity Center Rules to ensure the well-being and safety of all patrons that attend concerts and events. We want you to have the best possible experience, so check out the rules below.
Several rules are in place to ensure guest safety at the Xfinity Center. All visitors should behave respectfully, allowing venue staff to do their jobs and other guests to enjoy the show.
You may bring some items to Xfinity Center, including:
- One factory-sealed bottle of water up to one gallon per guest
- An empty, refillable plastic bottle (water stations are located outside each restroom)
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch bags up to 6”x 9”
- Non-professional cameras (no removable lenses)
- Small blankets
- Beach towels
- Snacks in a one-gallon, clear Zip-Loc style bag.
Re-entry is prohibited, so please bring all items with you on arrival.
bag policy
The Xfinity Center allows clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” in size. Likewise, you can bring a small clutch bag no larger than 6” x 9”. All bags are searched on entry, and any oversized items will be refused.
Backpacks are subject to searches at any point, large bags are not allowed into the venue at any time.
Prohibited items
The list of prohibited items at the Xfinity Center includes:
- Pop-up tents
- Umbrellas
- Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Clutch bags larger than 6” x 9”
- Hydration packs
- Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses
- GoPros
- Video recording devices
- Audio recording devices
- iPads or tablets
- Selfie sticks
- Drones
- Camping, lounge, or tri-fold chairs
- Coolers of any kind
- Wagons or strollers
- Alcohol
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Glass and metal
- Cans
- All weapons
- Fireworks
- Incendiary devices
- Chains or spiked jewelry
- Signs, posters, or flags
- Laser pointers
- Glow sticks
- Animals except ADA-approved service animals.
Cash policy
The Xfinity Center is a limited cash facility. All outlets accept card and mobile payments, while the box office and parking also accept cash.
Camera policy
Personal cameras are permitted into the venue providing that they do not have a removable lens, or video recording equipment. Venue approval must be met in order to allow professional video or camera equipment, please call the number on the contact page for more info.
Lawn chairs
Lawn chairs are not permitted at this venue.
Smoking policy
Smoking is prohibited in reserved seating sections at the Xfinity Center or anywhere that may annoy other guests. Please be respectful of other visitors at all times.
service animals policy
It is not permitted to bring pets or emotional support animals to the Xfinity Center. ADA-approved service animals are allowed, subject to being leashed or harnessed during your visit.
