About Suicideboys

When they started, they were pretty much a controversial name on SoundCloud - releasing music that talked about drugs, death, and misery. Inspired deep down to what their souls feel, Suicideboys took it all in and kept working. on their craft.

In a conversation with Billboard, the duo shared that they used to do everything, starting out in music. "The album artwork, designing the merchandise, making the beats — which we still do — making the videos, that was all us."

A decade of making it big, the underground act which can pretty much sell out any arena you name. These fellas also founded their own G*59 label in 2012, working alongside the rapper Ramirez. Based in New Orleans, they scored an eight-figure distribution deal in 2020.

Back in July 2019, Suicideboys performed the first "Grey Day Tour". At the time, special guests included City Morgue, Trash Talk, Denzel Curry, Shoreline Mafia, Night Lovell, Pouya, and Turnstile, who opened shows in several cities across the country. Since then, they turned the trek into an annual stint as fans couldn't get enough of their deathly-great live shows.

In 2024, they marked a big career milestone - cracking the Billboard Hot 100 with four songs off of their "New World Depression" record. This also achieved their fourth top-ten entry in the Billboard 200 chart. As they navigated sobriety and healing, this album finds Scott Arceneaux Jr. & Aristos Petrou discovering new life.

Their most recent album "Thy Kingdom Come" shines light on new realizations about living, including "hardships of being on the road, loneliness, getting old," as Scrim shared with Billboard.
