The legendary American pop girl group just made its unexpected comeback as a powerful trio - Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts marking a new era of Pussycat Dolls. While the complete set originally disbanded in 2010, this reunion & musical comeback has been a long time coming. 20 Years of PCD

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album "PCD" which dates back to 2005, Pussycat Dolls has achieved global success with a string of pop-out bangers and iconic fits, choreography, and live shows. Looking back at their glory days that earned them a spot of being ranked among the 100 Greatest Women in Music, PCD has definitely defined a great era in pop music.

While the group may have parted ways, people kept on streaming over the years, DJ kept remixing, and clubs kept their bangers on the dancefloor. Thumping basslines, astounding harmonies, surprising adlibs, and anthemic choruses, they've served some of the best pop-out live performances like no other.

With a history beginning as a burlesque dance group, the girls worked their way up to become one of the biggest American girl groups to exist, greatly impacting 2000s pop culture. Pussycat Dolls' debut album came out in September 2005, quickly selling over three million copies in the U.S. Their iconic single "Don't Cha" became a resounding hit, topping the charts in several countries, and later defining PCD's great impact in pop music. To this day. clubs blast their dance-out beats, and every single crowd goes wild as the chorus hits.

Don't Cha Want a Reunion?

"After I dedicated my every waking breath to theater over the past three years, I was like, 'This is amazing, this is so triumphant. And now I miss my girls, and I miss touring, so yeah we should do a world tour. That sounds about right," Scherzinger shared via TODAY.

Embarking on their first headlining tour in 17 years, the trio making up Pussycat Dolls today is out to mark a turning point in music. While they're at different stages of their lives, this decision was definitely in-sync, deciding to finally kick off the long-awaited reunion. 

"We’re on the same page, we’re excited about embracing where we’re at now as women and celebrating that," she added, sharing how they had conversations along these lines.
