Xfinity Center - MA
Kid Cudi comes to the Xfinity Center on Friday, June 5th. This stop is part of The Rebel Rangers Tour, which is shaping up to be a massive party! We're actually getting quite a few of those at the Xfinity Center this year, but if you're looking for a mix of hip-hop and a deep dive into the club music scene, this stop might be it.
M.I.A., Big Boi, and Dot Da Genius are joining the party. They're bringing that hip-hop element that we just mentioned. You also gotta believe that they'll be joining Kid Cudi on stage for certain tracks apart from crafting their unique sets. Expect a Day N' Nite event, you're going to be at the Xfinity Center for a while on Friday, June 5th. Knowing this, you'll want to have the best seats in the house. If you know Kid Cudi from his Pursuit of Happiness days, only then, maybe a comfortable seat is in order for you at this event! In all seriousness and with old jokes aside, you're in for a nice, refreshing performance. Kid Cudi's gotten really busy in the studio over the last few years. His latest track, "Not Ordinary," is certainly worth a listen. Heck, you might not even remember Maui Wowie! The cool thing about Kid Cudi's now extensive music library is that he can truly control the party atmosphere to make sure that we're just not going pedal to the metal all night long. You're going to have your chill moments mixed in with times to truly go all out. That's one of the reasons why this event is one of the best parties coming to the Xfinity Center all year.
This is something we've hinted at, but at this point, this is a "concert" that goes way beyond the music. It's about the lights and the precise moments when Big Boi and other performers are going to be hopping on stage. This is a full-on event! A lot of performers want to talk about the "experience" of having a chance to catch them live. Yet, not all of them can truly walk the walk. When those lights come on, though, and this show starts, you're going to realize you're not in Kansas anymore. That Oz reference goes out to the old heads in the back!
If you saw the Bad Bunny half-time show, you'll understand why picking the right seat is a must at a show like this. Being close to the stage ensures the party atmosphere element is in full swing, but you might just be looking at flashing lights without a full perspective of the amazing visual elements.
