The Highschool Reunion Tour follows the duo’s highly-acclaimed 2011 trek, Highschool Reunion. On Friday, 28th July 2023, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa are lighting up the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts! The show promises to deliver the rappers' biggest hits, as well as new music from their latest effort BODR (Bacc on Death Row) and Multiverse. In 2011, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa released the colossal hit “Young, Wild, and Free.” The song skyrocketed on the Billboard cheats, peaking at number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, number 4 on the Hot Rap Songs, and dominating the Rhythmic Top 40 chart. The song, which featured a vocal performance from then-burgeoning singer Bruno Mars, also entered the charts in over 20 countries. The song is featured in Snoop Dogg’s and Khalifa’s 2012 film, Mac and Devin Go to Highschool. The single’s music video used scenes from the film and was edited into a psychedelic-style montage. The song’s success led to a major North American outing titled the High School Tour. At the time, Snoop Dogg was also promoting his eleventh studio album, Doggumentary. Meanwhile, Khalifa was hip-hop’s fastest-rising star with his third studio album, Rolling Papers, which spawned his first number 1 single, “Black and Yellow.”
This 2023, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa will hit the road as co-headliners for the first time in over ten years. The High School Reunion Tour’s announcement was preceded by the duo’s latest collaboration single, “Don’t Text, Don’t Call.”
